Praxis Enterprise Performance Intelligence™ (EPI™)
Enterprise Performance Intelligence™ helps leaders understand what is happening inside their organizations before problems become crises.
Praxis aligns operational data, financial indicators, workforce metrics, and performance systems into actionable executive intelligence.
Executive Overview
Praxis Enterprise Performance Intelligence™ (EPI™) should initially be launched as a consulting-led intelligence subscription model that delivers recurring assessments, monitoring, executive briefings, and strategic guidance. Over time, the platform can evolve into a software-enabled operational intelligence company serving behavioral health and human service organizations.
Phase 1 – Consulting-Led Intelligence Platform (Today)
Clients purchase quarterly assessments, monthly monitoring, executive briefings, board reports, risk analyses, and action plans. Praxis ingests client data, analyzes performance, produces insights, and advises leadership. This model relies on Human Intelligence plus Proprietary Methodology. It offers high margins, minimal capital requirements, and immediate market entry.
Phase 2 – Technology-Enabled Consulting Platform
Praxis begins standardizing data collection and analysis. Clients upload financial statements, census reports, payroll data, productivity reports, revenue cycle information, and workforce metrics. The proprietary engine automatically calculates KPIs, scores risks, identifies trends, generates dashboards, and produces executive summaries. Consultants then interpret findings and guide decision-making. This becomes Software plus Expert Advisory.
Phase 3 – Operational Intelligence Platform™
Every client receives access to a secure Praxis portal featuring Financial Intelligence, Workforce Intelligence, Clinical Intelligence, and Enterprise Risk dashboards. The platform automatically identifies patterns and communicates likely outcomes and recommended interventions to executives.
Why This Is Different
Most dashboards are descriptive and simply report data. Praxis focuses on predictive intelligence by explaining what the data means, what is likely to happen next, and what actions leadership should take. Executives pay for insight and decision support rather than data presentation.
Phase 4 – Benchmarking Engine™
As Praxis acquires more clients, its proprietary benchmark database becomes increasingly valuable. The platform can compare organizations against peers on turnover, productivity, EBITDA, denial rates, length of stay, staffing ratios, and other metrics. Benchmark intelligence becomes extremely difficult for competitors to replicate.
Phase 5 – Predictive Analytics™
Over time, the platform identifies relationships among variables and predicts likely outcomes. Patterns involving workforce instability, declining productivity, revenue cycle challenges, and census deterioration can be linked to future EBITDA declines, cash challenges, leadership turnover, and program restructuring. At this stage, Praxis evolves from consulting into Predictive Enterprise Intelligence™.
